The challenge
Six branches, three different till systems and a stock count that lived in a spreadsheet nobody trusted. Head office found out about stock-outs when customers complained on Instagram, and the marketing agency was promoting products that two branches didn't have.
What we built
- A single, tax-compliant POS and inventory system with e-invoicing, rolled out branch by branch over five weeks, with real-time stock visibility across locations.
- A product feed from the inventory system into Meta and Google catalogues, so ads automatically paused for out-of-stock items and pushed overstocked lines.
- A weekly campaign plan tied to sell-through data instead of gut feel.
The interesting part wasn't either system alone — it was the feed between them. Marketing spend followed inventory reality for the first time.

Stock-outs fell because branches could see each other's inventory and transfer stock. Return on ad spend doubled because the ads stopped sending people to products that weren't there. Reporting went from a six-hour monthly exercise to a dashboard.
What's next
A customer loyalty app that reads from the same backend, so that the marketing team can message people about products they've actually bought.
